Ms Wendy Peters

Specialist Support Coordinator & Care Plan Coordinator, Complex Services Team (CST)

Wendy Peters is a Specialist Support Coordinator and Care Plan Coordinator at Code Black Psychology, where she is an integral member of the Complex Services Team (CST).

In her role, Wendy provides Specialist Support Coordination for justice-involved NDIS participants with complex needs, as well as Care Plan Coordination for clients eligible for the DFFH MACNI program. She works closely with individuals navigating multiple service systems, ensuring they receive tailored support and effective care.

Wendy holds a degree in Social Work and has further qualifications in Psychology and Early Childhood Education. She has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including disability and aged care, case management, local government, carer support programs, and NDIS Support Coordination.

Wendy’s primary areas of expertise include coordinating care for individuals with complex needs, particularly those facing intersecting challenges in mental health, disability, and justice systems. She has a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive society and empowering individuals to lead meaningful lives. Wendy is passionate about promoting opportunities for connection and engagement with community, ensuring that every person has the chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
