Robyn is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with three years of practice across rural, regional, and metropolitan areas. Her role involves developing and implementing tailored behavioural interventions to support individuals with complex needs.
Robyn has extensive experience in disability and child protection services. She has worked as a house supervisor in Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) and at Colanda Accommodation Services (DFFH Disability Institute) as a support worker. Additionally, she has supervised transitional housing for children in protective care.
Beyond her professional roles, Robyn is committed to community mental health initiatives. She volunteers with The Wandering Man, a men’s mental health program based in Geelong.
Robyn has supported participants aged 8 to 67, presenting with a range of needs, including high care requirements, acquired brain injuries (ABI), dual diagnoses, nonverbal communication, ADHD, ASD (Level 1 and Level 2), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and complex trauma backgrounds. She has also worked with youth at risk of homelessness.
Her professional interests lie in working with youth and young adults, particularly those navigating complex behavioural and social challenges.
