Ms Karin Ryan

Karin is a Team Leader of the Complex Services Team (CST) at Code Black Psychology. Karin’s role is providing support to her team members and oversight as a Care Plan Coordinator (CPC) for complex clients who have been found eligible for the DFFH MACNI program for complex clients who have been found eligible for the DFFH MACNI program.

Karin completed her Masters in Social Work in the UK. She also completed a BSc in Management and Marketing in Ireland and a Cert in Dual Diagnosis in Melbourne.

She has experience across a range of sectors and roles including care coordinator and social worker in healthcare, senior social worker in homelessness, drug and alcohol worker, group facilitator, team leader of crisis homeless facility, manager of a volunteer program supporting rough sleepers and an intermediary in the legal system.

Karin is passionate about equal rights, opportunities and access to healthcare, housing, funding and supports for all individuals. Her expertise is working with clients who present with complex psychosocial needs with concurrent AOD, MH, housing, health and forensic issues.
