Mr Rory O'Connor

Rory is a member of the Complex Services Team (CST) at Code Black Psychology. Rory’s role is providing Care Plan Coordination (CPC) for complex clients who have been found eligible for the DFFH MACNI program.

Rory holds a Dual Diploma in Counselling and Community Service Work and has over six years combined experience in the areas of justice and homelessness, focussing predominantly on management and support of those at highest risk or greatest need. He has also participated in previous project roles establishing and facilitating a Smart Recovery community support group and mobile app to assist people in their recovery from addiction.

Rory’s expertise lies with engaging highly complex and vulnerable clients to support them to reach their goals, fuelled with a deep passion for helping marginalised individuals and groups to amplify their voices within the community.
