Ms Denise Lawry

As People and Culture Manager and Workplace Consultant, Denise’s role is to build our people and culture capacities and to support the organisation and its management with all aspects of employee management and wellbeing. 
As Workplace Consultant, Denise works with our team providing services to organisations seeking assistance with the prevention of and response to psychosocial hazards in the workplace.   

A qualified lawyer, Denise has extensive experience in Human Resources Management in Australia and internationally.  She has worked in a range of organisations from start-ups to large multi-national corporations, across professional services and the not-for-profit and community sectors. A former management consultant, Denise finds it rewarding to use her expertise to further the aims of Code Black Psychology supporting those providing meaningful assistance to people experiencing vulnerability and presenting with complex needs.
